Cancellation Policy

1. Outcomes * Students will learn 2–3 choreographed dance routines during the term. * Student progress and outcomes are dependent on individual attendance, effort, and participation. * An End of Term Dance Concert will be held (date to be confirmed). Further information will be provided closer to the event. * Students will perform all dances learned during the term. * If your child is unable to participate in the concert, please notify DDF Dance Studio as soon as possible, as this may affect formation arrangements and performance preparations. --- 2. Attendance * Students are expected to attend all classes throughout the 10-week term to keep up with choreographed routines. * Students must wear their DDF uniform and appropriate footwear to every class. School uniforms are not permitted. * Classes are held on public holidays unless otherwise advised. * If a class is missed, a catch-up class may be required where available. * It is the responsibility of parents and caregivers to stay informed of all notices provided to students, sent via email, or posted on DDF Dance Studio social media channels. --- 3. Fees and Payments * Invoices will be sent to the email address provided at enrolment. * All class fees must be paid in advance. * Missed classes remain payable and are non-refundable. * Cash payments are accepted only when the full term fee is paid within the first two lessons of the 10-week workshop commencement date. (No registration fee applies, saving $25.) * No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. * Classes held on public holidays remain payable, regardless of attendance. * If you require a payment plan, please contact Alannah on 027 222 5574. * All fees must be paid strictly in advance at the beginning of the 10-week workshop to secure a place in class. * Payment in full confirms and secures your place. * If you pay in full for an entire year (four terms) before the commencement of Term One, the registration fee will be waived. --- ## 4. Photography and Filming * Filming, photography, or any recording of choreography learned during classes or workshops is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from Alannah Curtis. * DDF Dance Studio reserves the right to use any photography or video footage taken inside or outside the studio, including during classes, rehearsals, workshops, performances, and related activities. * Such footage may be used for promotional, adverti
